How to set up your Netcomm NF18ACv Wireless Router for use with your Pineapple Net VDSL connection
- Identify your modem’s SSID on the pre-installed modem in your apartment.

- Connect your wireless device to the modem in your apartment by finding the
“SSID” that is located on the back of your modem (see step 1) - Enter the “Wireless Key” when promoted. The “Wireless Key” is located on the back of the modem in your apartment (see step 1)
- Open your internet browser and add the following IP address into the address bar – 192.168.20.1
- The Netcomm Modem login page should now display.
- Please enter “admin” for Username and “admin” for Password
- Click on the Basic Setup menu item on the left side of the screen.
- To run the Wizard having all the basic set up details that your system requires, select the Wan Connection type that you will be using: VDSL.
- Select VDSL and click the Next button.
- Select the WAN mode for your internet connection as specified by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Click the Next button.
- Set the VLAN option to VLAN tag 100.
- Click the Next button.
- In the User ID and Password fields, enter the username and password assigned to you.
- Click the Finish button when you have entered the required details. The account settings are saved and the NF18ACV connects to the internet.
- Select VDSL and click the Next button.
