How do I change my password?

This article will detail the process for logging into your customer portal, and changing your password

  1. Go to our website:
  2. In the top right hand corner, select "Sign In"
  3. Enter the email address associated to your account, and select "Continue"

  4. If this is your first time logging into your account, you will be sent a One-Time-Password to your email. If you don't receive it within 1-2 minutes, please check your SPAM or Promotions folder.
    Enter your password and select "Login"

  5. Select "Account Information"
  6. Select "Change Password"
  7. Enter your current password and click "Proceed"
  8. Enter your new password (which needs to include the three pre-requisites listed within the below screenshot) and click "Update"
  9. Your password has now been updated! Please ensure you keep a copy of this offline so you don't forget and use the new one each time you log into your portal
