Step 1: Log In to Your Customer Portal

Head to our website: https://pineapple.net.au

In the top right corner, click “Sign In”

Step 2: Change your Password
- Select Change Password
- Enter your current password and click Proceed
- Enter your new password (which needs to include the three pre-requisites listed within the below screenshot) and click Update
- Your password has now been updated! Please ensure you keep a copy of this offline so you don't forget and use the new one each time you log into your portal
