How do I change my password?

This article will detail the process for logging into your customer portal, and changing your password

Step 1: Log In to Your Customer Portal


    1. Head to our website: https://pineapple.net.au

    2. In the top right corner, click “Sign In”

    3. Click Account Information

Step 2: Change your Password

  1. Select Change Password
  2. Enter your current password and click Proceed
  3. Enter your new password (which needs to include the three pre-requisites listed within the below screenshot) and click Update
  4. Your password has now been updated! Please ensure you keep a copy of this offline so you don't forget and use the new one each time you log into your portal
