Pineapple Net delivers fast, reliable internet over the DGtek Fibre network. To be eligible for a Pineapple Net connection, your building must be connected to the DGtek network.
How to Check If You’re Eligible

We’ll instantly let you know if your address is within our current coverage area.
If your building is connected to the DGtek Fibre network, you’ll be able to view available Pineapple Net plans and start the sign-up process right away!
Not in a Connected Building Yet?
If your building isn’t currently connected to the DGtek network, don’t worry — you can still register your interest directly from the availability checker.
When you enter your address and it's not yet serviceable, you’ll be given the option to register your address. This helps us add your location to our growing database of buildings that are requesting service.
With enough interest from residents, we can present a case to DGtek to bring their fibre network to your building. The more people who register from the same address, the higher the chance of getting connected — so feel free to spread the word to your neighbours!
