How long does it take?
If your new address is within our coverage area and services are available, the relocation process typically takes 2 to 10 working days.
Please let us know as early as possible so we can schedule everything in time for your move.
Is there a relocation fee?
Nope! Even if we need to send a DGtek Technician to get your new connection up and running, there’s no charge for relocating your service with Pineapple Net.
Can I use my current connection while waiting?
Yes! You can continue using your existing Pineapple Net connection until your new address is activated. Once your new service is live, we’ll disconnect the service at your old address.
