How to Request a Plan Change
You can request a change to your current plan in any of the following ways:

Call Our Accounts Team:
Speak directly with our team by calling 1300 857 501, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
What Happens After You Submit a Request?

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed and processed within 24 hours.

We'll send you a confirmation once the change is complete.

Important: To apply the new speed (whether faster or slower), a router restart is usually required.
Things to Keep in Mind

You can change your plan at any time — whether you're upgrading or downgrading.

If you're changing to a different pricing tier, your billing will be pro-rated to reflect the time on each plan.

Some legacy or promotional plans may have restrictions — we’ll let you know if any apply to your account.
