How do I reset my password?

This article will detail the process for resetting your password if you have forgotten it

1. Go to our website: https://pineapple.net.au/
2. In the top right hand corner, select "Sign In"
   
3. Enter the email address associated to your account, and select "Continue"
   
4. Click "Forgot password"
   
5. Enter the one time password sent to your email address and click "Login"
   (NOTE: It will be a 6 digit number)
   
6. Enter your new password (which needs to include the three pre-requisites listed within the below screenshot) and click "Update"
   
7. Your password has now been updated! Please ensure you keep a copy of this offline so you don't forget and use the new one each time you log into your portal
