How do I log into my account?

This article describes the process for logging into your account

1. Go to our website: https://pineapple.net.au/
2. In the top right hand corner, select "Sign In"
   
3. Enter the email address associated to your account, and select "Continue"
   
   
   
4. If this is your first time logging into your account, you will be sent a One-Time-Password to your email. If you don't receive it within 1-2 minutes, please check your SPAM or Promotions folder.
   Enter your password and select "Login"
   
   
5. You have now successfully logged into your account, we now recommend setting your own password by selecting "Account Information"
   
6. You can set your own password by selecting "Set up Password"
   
7. You will be sent another One-Time-Password to confirm you are the account holder.
   
8. You can now set your own password, it must contain:
   At least 8 characters
   At least one special character !@#$%^&*()
   At least one number
   
   Once you have created your password, select "Update"
   
9. You have now successfully set your new password
