Your Pineapple Net provided WiFi router comes with your personal pre-configured private WiFi network allowing you to connect multiple devices to the Internet at once.
The WiFi SSID and password details are provided to you when the service is delivered, and can also be found on the sticker on the base of your router.
To connect to your WiFi:
- Enable WiFi on your desktop computer, laptop or smart device.
- Search for available WiFi Access points and select the name (SSID) of the one we provided.
- Enter your WiFi password as provided and connect.
Once connected you should have access to the Internet from that point onward. You will need to do this only once for every device you wish to join to your private WiFi.
