Disable Unify 2.4GHz & 5GHz WiFi for Tenda Tx9
This article describes the steps required to disable the unification of the 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks for the Tenda TX9 router.
- Ensure you are connected to your Tenda Tx9 WiFi router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet
- In a Web Browser, navigate to tendawifi.com to log into the web UI of the router
- Enter the Admin Password for your router
- Click WiFi Settings

- Click WiFi Name & Password

- Uncheck the option names Unify 2.4GHz & 5GHz

- Click Save

- Your router will now broadcast two separate networks - one for 2.4GHz, and one for 5GHZ
