How do I access my Pineapple Net account?
Need to view your bills or update your payment details? You can do this anytime through your Pineapple Net customer portal. Here's how to log in:
Step 1: Go to Our Website

Head to https://pineapple.net.au

Click “Sign In” in the top-right corner
Step 2: Enter Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your Pineapple Net account

Click “Continue”
Step 3: Choose How to Log In
First Time Logging In?

You’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via email
If you don’t see it within a minute or two, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Already Have a Password?

Enter your password and click “Login”
Prefer One-Time Access?
-
You can choose to log in with a One-Time Password instead of using a password
Forgot Your Password?

Click “Forgot Password”

A One-Time Password will be sent to your email

Use it to set a new password and regain access
What You Can (and Can’t) Do in the Portal
✅ You can:

View and download your invoices

Pay outstanding invoices

Add, update, or remove payment methods
-
Update your billing contact details (phone number, billing address)
🚫 You can’t:

Change your current internet plan
-
Cancel your account
-
Change the email address or name associated with your account
