Whether you're looking for more speed or wanting to scale back, Pineapple Net makes it easy to adjust your plan to suit your changing needs.

How to Request a Plan Change

You can request a change to your current plan in any of the following ways:

  • Submit a Support Ticket:
    Visit our Contact Page and lodge a ticket online.

  • Send Us an Email:
    Email our accounts team at accounts@pineapple.net.au with your request.

  • Call Our Accounts Team:
    Speak directly with our team by calling 1300 857 501, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

What Happens After You Submit a Request?

  • Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed and processed within 24 hours.

  • We'll send you a confirmation once the change is complete.

  • Important: To apply the new speed (whether faster or slower), a router restart is usually required.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • You can change your plan at any time — whether you're upgrading or downgrading.

  • If you're changing to a different pricing tier, your billing will be pro-rated to reflect the time on each plan.

  • Some legacy or promotional plans may have restrictions — we’ll let you know if any apply to your account.
