How to Sign Up
1. Enter Your Address
Start by typing your address into the search bar on our website. We’ll instantly check if your location is serviceable via the DGtek network.
2. Choose Your Internet Plan
Browse our selection of fast, reliable internet plans. Choose the one that suits your needs — whether you're streaming, gaming, working from home, or all three!
3. Select Your Router Option
You can:

Bring your own compatible router (BYO), or
-
Purchase a high-performance router from us as part of your order.
4. Schedule Your Installation
Pick a date and time that suits you from the available slots for a DGtek-certified installer to come and connect you. Installation availability is shown in real time, so you can lock in a time that works best for your schedule.
5. Enter Your Payment Details
Securely enter your card details. No payment will be taken up front — this is for setting up your account and future billing.
6. Confirm Your Order
Review your selections, confirm your details, and click submit. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the information about your upcoming installation.
